About Hannah Resch
Hello there! I'm a Certified Athletic Therapist with a passion for helping people of all ages and capabilities recover and excel in the world of sports. My journey in this field began with a deep-rooted love for physical activity, nurtured during my upbringing where I spent countless hours playing a variety of sports. This early immersion in the world of athletics fueled my desire to pursue a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy from Camosun College, where I honed my skills and knowledge.
One of my greatest joys in life is being outdoors. The connection between the human body and nature has always fascinated me, and it's in these natural environments that I often find inspiration for my work as an Athletic Therapist. The great outdoors have a unique way of showcasing the importance of physical well-being and the body's incredible capacity for recovery and adaptation.
My goal as an Athletic Therapist is to not only assist individuals in their recovery but also to empower them with the knowledge and tools to take control of their physical health.
So, whether you're a seasoned athlete looking to enhance your performance, a young enthusiast striving to reach your full potential, or simply someone in need of injury recovery, I'm here to support and guide you on your journey to optimal physical well-being.

Client Testimonials
"After being completely ignored, I am now pain free"
After being completely ignored and dismissed by an Orthopaedic doctor, my athletic therapist Hannah, noticed a minor strain in my ACL. Through the rehabilitation program she proposed, I'm not only pain-free in my knee, but I was also able to fix some long term issues that have been bothering me and causing me some pain after lifting heavy weights for years.

"This s#!t works!"
Apparently, it's a myth to think lower back issues are just a symptom of growing old(er). Three sessions in, and being diligent with my home exercises, I am on the road to recovery, and with hopes of a better golf swing! I could not be happier. This s#!t works!"
